1. Scope
These General Conditions govern the relationship between Mana Boat S.r.l. (“Mana Boat”) and the client purchasing yacht charter services, charter configuration, on-board services and car rental. Purchasing any service implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Booking and confirmation
Requests submitted through the configurator or site forms do not constitute a binding booking. The contract is finalised when Mana Boat confirms the request and the client pays the required deposit within the deadlines stated in the confirmation email.
3. Prices, deposit and balance
Prices shown in the configurator are indicative and subject to verification. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due within 7 days of the departure date and in any case before boarding. Security deposits and pre-authorisations are detailed in the quote.
4. Cancellation and changes
Cancellations more than 30 days before departure are entitled to a refund of the deposit, net of any banking costs. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the full deposit. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the full price. Date changes are assessed case-by-case based on fleet availability.
5. Liability and conduct on board
The client and guests undertake to follow the captain's instructions, maritime safety regulations, and to use the vessel with due care. The client is liable for any damage caused to the vessel or its equipment.
6. Insurance
Vessels are covered by third-party liability, fire, theft and Kasko insurance as required by law. For accessory services such as water sports, refer to the specific coverage indicated on board.
7. Force majeure
In case of adverse weather, breakdowns or force majeure, Mana Boat reserves the right to amend the itinerary or, in extreme cases, cancel the charter with full refund or an alternative date, without further compensation.
8. Privacy and data processing

9. Jurisdiction
Any dispute regarding the interpretation and execution of the contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Naples, Italy.
